Do you accept returns?

We sell secrets: Due to this fact, we cannot offer refunds. If, however, you have purchased a physical product from us which didn’t reach you in a satisfactory condition, send us an email explaining the problem within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
